Over 400 guests were treated to a night of entertainment and mingled with the stars, as part of an AFL Grand Final Week event hosted by ANZ volunteers.

The event was all in support of Ladder, who the ANZ volunteers had been providing hands-on program support to Ladder over the past 12 months.

The night was hosted by 2 x Premiership player, Brad Sewell and guests heard from 3 x Premiership Captain and Brownlow Medalist, Michael Voss, Melbourne ruckman and 2 x All Australian, Max Gawn, the Western Bulldogs' AFLW Premiership captain, Ellie Blackburn and Brisbane Lion's great, Richard Champion.

Ladder CEO, Stephanie De Campo praised the efforts of the ANZ volunteers.

"For the past 12 months, a group of ANZ volunteers have been providing group mentoring sessions to Ladder participants, helping to increase their financial literacy and giving them exposure to a career in the finance sector.

"Seeing the impact that they were having and getting to know the young people, spurred them on, and many of them are now in 1-1 mentoring relationships with young people.

"Tonight's event is the next step in what has been a deeply rewarding partnership between Ladder and ANZ volunteers," Ms De Campo.

At the event, guests heard from renowned comedian Titus O'Reily and had the opportunity to live bid on an array of prizes that had generously been sponsored by supporting organisations. The auction was run by Advantage Property Consulting Director and 'The Block' regular, Frank Valentic. Music was performed by HAY BAX.
