Chris Wilborn appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of Ladder Project Limited On behalf of the Ladder Project, Ltd. Board, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Acting Chief Executive Officer Chris Wilborn following the commencement of Stephanie De Campo's parental leave. Chris Wilborn brings more than 25 years of experience across the not-for-profit, corporate and government sectors, with a strong track record in organisational growth, transformation and people-centred leadership. A former CEO and Board Chair, Chris has led complex organisations through periods of change and worked at the grassroots to create lasting social impact. His expertise spans governance, strategy and fundraising, underpinned by deep experience across the not-for-profit sector. He holds degrees in Psychology, Communications and Political Science, bringing a strong blend of strategic insight and relationship-centred leadership to his work. Chris has worked with Ladder since August 2025 working closely with our Board, staff and key stakeholders in a consultant capacity to strengthen strategic alignment, organisational capability and long-term sustainability in support of Ladder’s youth-centred mission. Following a recruitment process, Chris has accepted the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer, an appointment which is expected to span the next six months, ensuring continuity of leadership and sustained focus on organisational priorities and partnerships. “It’s a privilege to support Ladder during this time and to build on the strong foundations already in place.
