Our Board

Meet the Ladder Board

Since 2022, Regan has sat on the Executive of the AFL Players’ Association – the representative body for all current and past AFL and AFLW players – where she heads up Human Resources. Prior to this, Regan consulted for the AFLPA for seven years on strategy, culture and leadership, in addition to holding senior leadership roles with Vicinity Centres, BP, Red Bull and easyJet. Regan’s career to date has had a specific focus on working with leadership teams to drive organisational performance through a culture, change and capability lens.

In her spare time, Regan volunteers in coach and team management roles in her daughters’ community sport – including junior AFL football and surf life saving.

Regan was appointed to the Ladder Board in December 2024 and is proud to support Ladder.
