Tarley reengaged with her school and is set to finish her year 12 studies this year Tarley is a 16-year-old living at home with her mum, stepdad, and little sister. Tarley was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD and therefore struggles with motivation and routine. She described herself as “lazy and tired,” which initially prompted Tarley to join the Ladder program to find the drive to return to school and complete her year 11 studies, with the ultimate goal of finishing high school. From the start, it was clear that Tarley thrived with structure and support. She embraced the consistent presence of her Ladder Development Coaches, often arriving early for program, showing her dedication to self-improvement. During the program, Tarley not only worked on her personal goals but also became a supportive and uplifting presence for her peers. She easily built connections, created a sense of camaraderie and ensured everyone felt valued and included. By engaging actively with others and offering support, Tarley enhanced her own growth and contributed to the positive atmosphere of the program. Tarley's progress has been remarkable. She developed an increased self-awareness, improved her interpersonal skills, and learned to think ahead—all of which bode well for her future success, whatever path she chooses. We are proud of Tarley for returning back to school following the Ladder program, and she is set to complete her year 12 studies this year. She graduated from the program equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support from the Ladder team, which boosted her confidence and mindset. Her punctuality and commitment helped her establish a better routine, aiding her in a successful transition back to school. With ongoing support from the Ladder team, Tarley is well-positioned to continue her journey toward completing year 12 and achieving her aspirations beyond high school. Manage Cookie Preferences
