Thank you for supporting Ladder in 2024.

With your help, we were able to support 320 young people this year and we congratulate them for what they achieved. 127 of these young people graduated from our programs and 80% of them are now in education, employment or training. The remaining 193 young people we supported were returning Alumni.

It has been a busy year here at Ladder. We continued to support more young people in need, and we expanded with two new pilot programs in Inner Gippsland, Victoria and southern New South Wales. We also extended our reach to include parents and carers through our Surviving Adolescence pilot program.

On behalf of the organisation, I would like to thank Acting CEO Giselle Pinto, for her leadership of Ladder while I was on parental leave. We wish Giselle all the best for her future endeavours. I’m excited to have returned as Ladder CEO and to build on the great work of the team in levelling the playing field for more young people to thrive.

On behalf of Ladder and the young people we work with, thank you again for your support and partnership this year. We look forward to growing our impact and helping more young people shape their life trajectories in 2025.

Best wishes,

Stephanie De Campo
Ladder CEO
