Chelsea - Development Coach

Chelsea has 16 years of experience in the health industry with 13 being in the community sector. She completed her diploma in community services in 2022 and completed placement with Ladder the same year. Chelsea returned to Ladder in 2025 and commenced her role as Development Coach. 

Chelsea works closely with young people to support their engagement in education, training, and employment while also providing guidance, mentoring, and practical support to set achievable goals, and build the skills needed to succeed.

Outside of Ladder, Chelsea spends a lot of my time playing and coaching netball at her local football netball club, keeping active with her young daughter and running around after her three dogs.
