Britt - Project Officer

Britt began her journey with Ladder in 2019 as a volunteer, supporting young people, before progressing into a Development Coach role all while pursuing her own dream as an AFLW player. She was recently appointed as Project Officer.

Throughout her time at Ladder, Britt has played an integral role in strengthening community partnerships, continuously improving the programs delivered to young people, and contributing to the development of new initiatives that expand our reach and impact.

Britt brings a unique perspective to her work combining hands-on experience alongside her colleagues on the ground with a broader strategic lens from the grandstand that helps drive ongoing improvement in practice. She demonstrates authentic leadership in the way she approaches both people and programs.

Passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals, Britt is committed to ensuring they are provided with every opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.

Energetic and positive, Britt brings warmth and enthusiasm to the team. Outside of Ladder, she can be found on the field playing for Collingwood, spending time with her dogs and family, getting outdoors for walks, or travelling.
